Internal Branding and Training
Hired as special projects lead to the CEO. Created guide to company values. Led a research project to map improvement areas and designed a matrixed development program for entry-level to SVPs. Created a 12-part curriculum and assessment tools and partnered with senior team to roll it out. Now, the piercing pioneers have scaled to 23 stores.
Campaign Production
Came in as Head of Content. Developed core messaging, wrote script, created budget and timeline, interviewed and hired video agency, coordinated with subjects and venue, and produced 5 minute video in time for Giving Tuesday that raised $250k for this microgiving nonprofit’s initial fundraise. Initial OKRs and Product Launch
Joined as fractional Director of Operations. Partnered with founders to articulate 6 key strategic business goals, 33 projects, and 43 metrics to measure success. Personally led 20 projects, including sourcing for new wine, hiring and managing social media agency, and systemizing product launch. The best NA wine on the market.
